Order Confirmation

A deposit of 50% of the full amount is required to secure all cake orders.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date will receive the full deposit back as a refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation have already been committed.

Changes to Orders

Any changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of the pick-up date and may incur additional charges depending on the request.

Quality Concerns

If there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with evidence (IE photos, videos etc.) We may offer a refund at our own discretion. Please note that any personal distaste that was previously not stated at the time of quotation is the responsibility of the customer and does not qualify for a refund.

Pickups & No-Shows

Cakes must be collected at the agreed time. Orders not collected on the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if there is a genuine issue with your order (IE wrong cake size, damages, different flavor etc)

The customer is responsible for inspecting the cake at the time of collection. By accepting and taking the cake, the customer acknowledges that the cake has been received in a satisfactory condition and no further claims will be accepted.
